For the past few days, I've been forced to lead a life without access to Internet tubes (if you can even call that living). This will continue to be the case for just a little while longer.
It's been difficult. I have no idea whether the black guy or the hot retarded chick is going to be the next Prime Minister of America; if the global economy still exists, or if it has devolved into a post-Apocalyptic system of bartering and bloodsport; or, most importantly, which of my friends have new profile pictures on Facebook.
What's worse, you've been forced to rough it with me: no "Transient Being" updates in probably a fortnight. This fills me with great shame, and no doubt fills you with feelings of abandonment and rage. Good. Use these feelings to vanquish your enemies.
Sadly, the quantity and quality of blog posts will continue to be sparse at best for the next week or two. My Eurail pass is fast approaching its expiration date, and I have a bit of catching up to do travel-wise. (A word of advice to future backpackers: the Eurail pass is a pain in the ass and a waste of money. More on that later.)
But know that you are always in my heart, loyal readers, and that when I finally do get a steady stream of Internet tubage at my disposal, I'm going to bust a load of blog posts so big and so disgusting, it'll put "2 Girls 1 Cup" to shame.
Ciao for now,
J
