Del. Woman Arrested For Kicking Out Cruiser Window
New Castle County Police announced the arrest of a drunken woman for disorderly conduct after she kicked out the window of a police car. County officers were called to Revelle Street on Saturday at 2:50 a.m. for reports of a domestic assault. When police arrived, Danielle Ballback, 30, was originally investigated and charged with assault, endangering the welfare of a child and malicious interference with a 911 call. READ MORE
