You know, there is a quite horrific problem here. Now that e is a mod, he can't hijack threads, and do drive-by macro postings!
We can't have fun anymore! Didn't you just love hijacking threads, and turning them into competitions of who can put e and K into a funny pic in e's backyard?
They days of old are gone. e is still here, but his old personality is gone. No murdured. Murdured by his moderatorship. It just won't be the same anymore.
The golden days of macrumors are over. But soon... a new idol will rise up, and the people in the fields will know that this is there time. We will throw off the shackles, and bring those who were once one of us, and turned away, back to our side! WE WILL BRING EM BACK ALIVE!

Is there a reason those charts in the opening post have to be so large?
It makes it look like they mean something. Bigger and brighter means more important and more relevant. Having those big, bright graphics in your face helps you ignore the myriad other factors, both prominent and subtle, in the larger picture.

Not sure about any specials. All I have read is about 500 T-shirts for those who get it.
I am not sure if I am going to go to the Burlington store or Cambridgeside yet. I work in Cambridge, so its easy. But then again I was one of the original workers of the Burlington store. :confused:

As a hobbyist photographer, this is welcome news and even more reason to bring my iPad along with me during shoots.As a professional photographer this thing is (and always will be) an "App Store" toy - nothing more.

It doesn't sound like all that much, Apple has a possible 100 million customers if MobileMe becomes free to use as backup. That is about 120 MB per user, pathetic. How much does Amazon have at the moment?

Both from fleaBay at way less than the OWC prices. The 2 port will run 2x 2.5 inch drives to become the main HD for the G4 and possibly its time machine backup. The 4 port will look after my itunes, photos etc and general backup duties.
I post some pix once it looks different from stock with a load of drives whirring away :D
Just got my ram ordered as well. $26 for 4x 512mb sticks
Those Sonnet SATA cards are also made by FirmTek for Sonnet. My 2 port card is exactly the same but has a red PCB and says FirmTech rather than Sonnet. This one:

I don't think anyone would have a problem with their 18 year old son staying at a mate's place. But then consider what could be going on over there, drinking, drugs, killing hookers - all far worse than 18 year olds trying their hardest to have sex.

There are really none of either game on the service. So far I find it works pretty well for the action/sports/racing games they have, but the cost is more of an issue ... and if I was going to hook something to my TV why not get a REAL console? OnLive has ~40 games right now.
