Microsoft has demonstrated for the first time what kind of new-generation operating system Windows 8 encoded names. With Windows 8, they were ready to present a significant resistance against Apple iPad tablet and Android.
Unlike Windows 7, which is less suitable for use in tablet, Windows 8 is considered as a friendly OS for the tablet. This is partly visible from the way similar use Phone Windows OS 7, with theview of tile menu that allows access to the touch .
Tablet Windows 8 was expected to equal the performance of competitors tablets that have been circulating in the market. Among high-speed web browsing, the graphics are sharp and shrewd play touchscreen games.
Microsoft itself refused to inform when Windows 8 tablets in circulation. But analysts believe they are currently busy preparing for these devices.
"Windows 8 can be expected to be familiar with Phone Windows platform," said technology analyst Rob Enderle.
It's not an easy matter indeed for Microsoft to counter tablets that have been even across, especially the iPad. Tablets are selling like hotcakes is difficult rocked though Microsoft has huge resources to fight it.
"Apple made a tablet so popular because they are creating software that is several generations on top of Windows in ease of use. Microsoft Windows user interface must change dramatically to be successful in the tablets," said Ken Dulaney, an analyst at Gartner.
One of the keys to success for Microsoft's ecosystem probably is a quality application for tablet devices. Tablet Windows 8 reportedly will be revealed towards the end of 2011 or in 2012.
