Blind Horse Falls Into Swimming Pool
It was not something a homeowner would expect to see in a swimming pool -- even in Florida. But officials said that Pongo, a 29-year-old spotted horse that is blind, ended up taking a quick dip in a neighbor’s pool Friday morning “All he did was go swimming,” Pongo’s owner, Richard Webb IV, told Local 6 News partner Florida Today minutes after the incident. “Somehow he managed to limbo under the fence on my property, I’m guessing, and stumbled into the pool.
