Gorillaz to release free new album on Christmas Day
Gorillaz are set to release a new album on Christmas Day as a free download. Damon Albarn is planning to release the record, recorded on his iPad, through his band's online advent calendar, through which he has been handing out digital goodies at Gorillaz.com since the start of this month. His Gorillaz partner Jamie Hewlett told Australian newspaper Perth Now: "On Christmas Eve a video for one of the new songs from the iPad album will be released. Then on Christmas Day fans get the whole album downloaded to their computer for free as a gift." READ MORE
