Mexican cops nab street performer for assaulting stepdaughter
A Mexican street clown--arrested in full face paint--was booked Wednedsday on a sexual assault charge. Pedro Artega Velazquez, 53, was juggling on a Juarez street corner when collared by cops in connection with the alleged assault of his teenage stepdaughter. Velazquez posed for the below mug shot, which was released by the Chihuahua state attorney general's office (along with a press release, in Spanish, about the case). Juarez, a border town across from El Paso, Texas, is the violent epicenter of the country's narcoterrorism plague.
