Hi Perm,
When I requested the company they sent me the "Wage report" form.
I am trying to understand if this is really the "unemployment wage report"?, Is there a specific form number that I need look for and request the company to send me the specific form. It would be helpful if there is specific information related to this form.

The Consulate only asks wage report for your company.It will not ask for entire state of California.The Wage Report you company send is enough but one more time just cross check with your company attorney before sending them to consulate.

I just came back from doc..and he charged 400 dollars (xray will cost more in next few days. Anyways, he says he need to administer Tetnus 3 times (6 months apart).
I am not sure what he will say in report (which i get in couple of days). But my question to you all is :
When Shots are given with time lag, Is 485 processed normally or RFE happens or do USCIS just wait for all shots to be completed and submission of report by doc before they process anything?

Ask them what the exact restriction is. It could be something as simple as needing a copy of your driver's license.

08/04 LUD on your I485 should be for approval. What does the message read? I had received RFE. They received the response for RFE on 08-01 for which there was LUD on 08-01. There was another LUD on 08-03. another one on 08-04. The status reads: "On August 1, 2008, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. If you are not using EAD why renew it? Unless you are one of the people who applied under the new scheme (free EAD and AP for life), you are just wasting $340 + $305 = $645 (per person).
You can easily wait till you move to new place before applying - if at all you want to apply. If your EAD & AP have expired, I am not sure if the new EAD/ AP will be considered as a "new" application or a "renewal".

My new company had filed H-1 B transfer, but it came back from USCIS because some document were missing, now they have refilled it using premium processing and we have received the receipt notice too.
Even though we have filed H-1 B transfer filed, my lawyer and company insisting me to join them on EAD, because they say it H-1B got rejected so EAD is a better option
As per my lawyer once H-1 B is approved you can work on EAD or H-1 B it does not matter, I don�t have to file my change of status. both of my status will remain valid and I can travel on h-1 B and can change jobs on H-1 B
If I follow my lawyer, will I lose something ?
Had anyone had experience like this before..
I need second opinion from guru who have actual experince..

I do not think so. I have contacted Congressman but I doubt my lawyer pr employer will ever know about it. But on separate note, whats the issue if employer/lawyer get to know about it ?

Can I ask my old company to file for I140 so that I may use the Old PD.
How can I bear the expenses of the USCIS and attorney's fees, given I am not working at company A.
Any clues would help.
I guess the old labor will be invalid by now as it has been already been over 45 after approval.
Ask a lawyer, because due to this labor substitution rule now you might have a problem. (" A GOOD LAWYER IS A SOLUTION HERE")
