So, we get asked this question quite often, "How much do we tip our vendors?"
We have come to the conclusion that it is not always necessary, but it is a nice gesture. It is also nice to write a personal note to them if they have met and exceeded your expectations.
Here is a little breakdown of who to tip and how much:
Banquet Managers: $50-100
Bartenders: 15% to 20% of the bar bill
Transportation: 15%
Photographer/Videographer: $25-50 each
Entertainment: $20-25 each member
Hair and Make-up: 15%-20%
Waitstaff: $20-25 per person
Wedding planner: 15%-20%
Keep in mind that in the end tipping is completely up to you!
